Stuck Fish In Aquarium Rock

May 8, 2012 - My beloved fish (Nubbles) is a black moor. He's a decent size and lives in a tank with aquarium pebbles. Anyway, not too long ago, I found him with a rock stuck in his mouth. Yes - one of those aquarium rocks got lodged in his mouth. I had to hold him and actually pry the rock out. I'm guessing while he was on rocks to find food, he "bit off more than he could chew." =\ Has anybody else ever had this happen to one of their fishes? Or heard of it happening? May 6, 2012 - Right, further to my question about the fish eggs. What do I do with the ones that seem okay? They are stuck onto a rock. Do I remove the rock and stick it into a holding tank? What do I feed the fry if the eggs do manage to hatch successfully? How do I explain to the white clouds that their kids have been removed to a place of safety until they're big enough to go back into the aquarium?
