Guppy Losing Scales

May 18, 2012 - All of my other fish look healthy and are doing fine but I just noticed that my Guppy has lost some of it's yellow scales on both sides of it's body. The spots where he lost his scales are almost transparent now. On top of losing scales noticed that the skin around his gills is really pink and he is getting pink almost red streaks on his back near where he lost his scales. May 6, 2012 - I had him in with my tetras (and 2 other guppies) and one of the tetras killed 2 out of the 3 guppies so I seperated the guppy, but I don't have an airator(bubbler) or heater in the tank that the guppy is in, could that be why? But the water is about 70 without the heater. I don't have the money for another heater and airator but I don't want to put him back in with the tetras either. And I can't seperate the aggressive tetra because they all look alike. I don't want my guppy to ...
