May 11, 2012 - I have a 4 inch, going on 3 years old fantail goldfish. Ever since I got him he's had natural light during the day and his lamp lights on at night, but lately I've been getting advice to turn off his lamp at night as it's only natural and the lamp at night may stress him out. So I'm wondering if changing his routine would stress him out even MORE?
